Ekiti State governor, Ayo Fayose, on Monday said he will be partaking in the upcoming nationwide protest led by Innocent ‘Tuface’ Idibia.

In a post on his Twitter handle shortly after 10:00 p.m., Mr. Fayose said the organisers have his full backing to launch the protest which they said will be “massive”.
“To organisers of Feb. 5 “Enough is Enough” National Protest, you have my total support and I will be part of the protest,” the governor said.
Mr. Fayose is the latest public figure to queue behind the organisers of the demonstration, which is expected to hold simultaneously in different cities across the country.
Mr. Idibia, while announcing the protest last week, said the Buhari administration’s rudderlessness has left too many Nigerians languishing in poverty with little to be hopeful for about the future.
The police said they have been duly informed about the protest and will provide security for all participants, although the government called for patience and understanding amongst Nigerians.

Open Heavens 2017 Wednesday 1 February 2017:-Free indeed
FREE INDEED – Wednesday February 1st 2017

Memorise: If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed. John 8:36
Read: John 8:31-36 (KJV)
31 Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed;
32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
33 They answered him, We be Abraham's seed, and were never in bondage to any man: how sayest thou, Ye shall be made free?
34 Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin.
35 And the servant abideth not in the house for ever: but the Son abideth ever.
36 If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.

Bible in one year: Luke 12-13, Isaiah 28:14-29, Hymn: Sing hymn 11
MESSAGE:
A lot of people go to unbelievable an unimaginable places seeking for solutions to their numerous problems and challenges, but all to no avail. Some people even go to the devil to find freedom. How can you seek freedom from an entity in bondage? Today, I pray for you that every wrong avenue from which you have been seeking freedom will be shut in Jesus’ Name. The Almighty God will show you solutions to the challenges confronting you in Jesus’ Name. It is often said that you cannot give what you don’t have. This is very true, and that is why you need to run to Jesus for all of your needs. There is no question in your life that He does not have an answer to. There is no problem He cannot solve, no sickness He cannot heal and no negative report that Jesus cannot overturn. There is no pit dug for you that He cannot close, neither is there any weapon fashioned against you that He cannot raise a standard against.
Beloved, it’s only in Jesus that you can have true freedom. If you really want to be free, you need to become a disciple of His. A disciple of Jesus is a follower of His person and principles. Open Heavens 2017 Wednesday 1 February 2017:-Free indeed. There are many people who go to church and deliverance meetings who are not disciples of Jesus. They are just among the multitudes who are interested in His miracles and blessing, and yet have no interest in making Him their personal Lord and Saviour. Becoming a disciple of Jesus is a personal decision wherein an individual has to make up his mind to respond to the love of God. It is accepting to be on the Lord’s side. It is a deliberate intention to pay close attention to the word of God and allowing your life to be guided by it. This is the only way your freedom can be guaranteed. Over and over again you hear in adverts that tobacco smoking is dangerous to health, yet some people have remained under its bondage. Even some medical doctors, who know the serious negative effects of smoking, cannot help themselves from the bondage of this habit. Today, there shall be an end to every habit that is injurious to your life in Jesus’ Name. Come to Jesus and surrender to Him absolutely. Only after doing this will you enjoy total freedom from all bondage of strange voices, satanic oppression, obsession, suppression and depression. He is the only Truth that can set you free. Once you are set free in Jesus and you continue to abide in Him, no one can put you back in bondage again. An end has come to all the works of the devil in your life. Now is the dawn of a new beginning. No matter how much you have been afflicted by the agents of hell, your freedom has finally come in Jesus’ Name. I release the power of God to deliver you from all demonic attacks right now, in Jesus’ Name. Open heavens 2017

2face Idibia led protest will now hold on Feb. 6 when Buhari resumes
The planned Nationwide protest scheduled for February 5, has now been moved to February 6, 2017. The reason for the 24-hour shift is for the protest to co-incide with the date President Buhari will resume work.

Buhari is currently on a 10-day medical vacation in the United Kingdom and he's expected back the country on Monday February 6, 2017.

Akpabio denies sponsoring 2face Idibia’s planned protest

Godswill-Akpabio
The Senate Minority Leader, Godswill Akpabio, has denied that he is the brain behind a nationwide protest which will be staged by singer 2face Idibia and other celebrities against the federal government on February 5
.
Social media has been awash with speculations that Akpabio, a former Governor of Akwa Ibom State, was sponsoring the protest.
Rumours claimed 2face has been friends with Akpabio for a long time and pointed to the Prado SUV he received from the Governor in 2013 as a wedding gift as proof.
But in a statement released by his spokesperson, Anietie Ekong, he made it clear that he had nothing to do with it.
“For the avoidance of doubt, we wish to state categorically that Senator Akpabio knows nothing about the planned protest neither is he the sponsor,” the statement read.
The statement continued: “According to the information being circulated the organizers of the planned protest have stated clearly that their protest is: ‘a call for nationwide protests as we say no to the Executive, no to legislatures, no to judiciary.’ Is it not idiotic and senseless for anyone to imagine that Senator Akpabio will sponsor a protest against the same arm of government that he is serving as a leader?
“As the Minority Leader, Senator Akpabio has consistently maintained that Nigerians should put aside their differences and support every effort that will pull the country out of the present recession.
“Much as he believes in the right of every Nigerian to express himself, he does not think that mass protest is the solution.”
“The mischievous attempt to drag the name of Senator Akpabio into the planned protest should be discountenanced as the handiwork of political jobbers,” the statement said.

National Protest: Organizers Release Timetable For February 5th Protest
“The organizer of the proposed National protest which is aimed at forcing the government to either perform or relinquish power has given more details of the protest”.

“A message was sent out to social media last week calling for a National protest by a group, and ever since then, the support and acceptance has continued to grow which cut across all Nigerians, some famous celebrities such as Tuface, Rugged Man, Davido, Wizkid, Kate Henshaw, Arewa Celebrities e.t.c have come openly to lend their voices to support the pro Nigeria protest”.

“Nigerian people are extremely fed up with the leadership style of President Buhari who the people had taught to be the messiah, however their hopes were dashed when he became President, the nation has continued to suffer a huge economic downturn which hurts the people so much, poverty has taken a sharp occupation and spiral effect in the lives of most Nigerians, recession, ethnic division, religious persecutions, terrorism, corruption and everything Buhari campaigned against has taken a double portion in his government”.

“These are the reasons the people wants to take to the streets in Nigeria to say Enough is Enough to the clueless and wicked government to pave way for a better leadership that can take the country out of the wood”.

WAILERSNG gathered that the Protest will take place both Online and offline simultaneously, the online protest is billed to be anchored by a Pro-Democracy group, Wailing Wailers, and it is hope that the protest will drive home its points and achieve its purpose”.

West African Forces Arrest Gambian Army General
West African forces have arrested a senior Gambian army general and have seized weapons from the private residence of exiled former ruler Yahya Jammeh, force commander Francois Ndiaye has said.

General Bora Colley, the head of an elite commando unit, had been arrested in neighbouring Senegal, he said, without giving details.

Regional troops had also raided Mr Jammeh's residence in his home village of Kanilai, recovering arms and ammunition, General Ndiaye said, adding: "The situation is under control."

General Colley was the former commander of the military camp in Kanilai, where Mr Jammeh had planned to go and retire before being forced into exile after refusing to accept defeat in the 1 December election, The Gambia's Freedom newspaper reported.

Four guards for Mr Jammeh's wife, Zainab, were also arrested, in the border town of Karang in Senegal, General Ndiaye said.

Regional forces have been helping President Adama Barrow to consolidate his power in the tiny West African nation since Mr Jammeh went into exile more than a week ago.

Mr Jammeh had tried to cling to power, but left after under pressure from Senegalese-led troops and mediators.

Ekiti Reps Storm EFCC To Remind Them Of Petition They Wrote Against Fayemi

Ekiti Reps Storm EFCC To Remind Them Of Petition They Wrote Against Fayemi

Ekiti Reps Storm EFCC To Remind Them Of Petition They Wrote Against Fayemi
At EFCC Office, Abuja.

Petition Against Dr Kayode Fayemi by The Ekiti State House of Assembly; a Reminder.

We are here to remind the EFCC about our Petition submitted to their office since October 27th 2016 against the former Governor of Ekiti State, Dr Kayode Fayemi who is now a Minister of Solid minerals of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

This petition been the 3rd in the series, (One by the Executive arm Of Govt and 2 from the EKHA) has received no Attention since and left in the cooler By EFCC.

This Petition borders on Various allegations of financial mismanagement in the state during the tenure of Dr Fayemi and most especially the Fraudulent missapropriation of the SUBEB counterpart fund which has led to the blacklisting of Ekiti State since 2013 with serious collateral damages on the primary education sector, the pupils, The teachers, parents and local contractors.

Dr Kayode Fayemi through the wrong handling of this fund breeded poverty in Ekiti State with its attendant consequences on part1, Section 2, of the UBEC act 2004, which guarantee a RIGHT to compulsory free primary Education for all pupils in Ekiti state.

This RIGHT has been abridged, pruned, curtailed and truncated by the actions of Dr Fayemi and the inaction of EFCC to give succour and justice to these less privilege pupils and children of Ekiti state

The APC led federal govt should stop playing to the gallery or been an ostrich on corruption matters that has to do with their officials in Govt.

Their penchant for double face anti corrruption crusade must stop. The Federal Govt should not give the country an impression that they harbour and tolerate corrupt officials. This is unacceptable.

This selective anticorruption fight has turned Nigeria into a laughing stock in the comittee of Nations since the FG has given to the citizens, an impression that some people are above the law. This is also not acceptable.

It's only the APC led FG that fights allegations of corruption among the opposition with Suphuric Acid while using Cold Water to fight corruption among his own people in govt. This is Deceit and double standards.

The EKHA support an all inclusive anti coruption crusade and we say NO to Favouritism and SELECTIVISM by The FG.

The EFCC as a matter of urgency SHOULD investigate Dr Kayode Fayemi and bring him to book if guilty otherwise we will compel them to be alive to their responsibilities under the Constitution of the FRN and the EFCC act 2004.

Hon. Dr Samuel Omotoso
Chairman House Committee on Information.
EKHA.

The Real Faces Slaughtering Nigerians All In The Name Of Fulani Herdsmen By Anthony Akabogu

The Real Faces Slaughtering Nigerians All In The Name Of Fulani Herdsmen By Anthony Akabogu

The Real Faces Slaughtering Nigerians All In The Name Of Fulani Herdsmen By Anthony Akabogu
The cattle rearers; are they the real culprits? NO.
Who are these Fulani herdsmen/cattle rustlers?

These people are just cattle rearers working for their owners; they are very poor people enslaved and used to rear cattle all across Nigeria. Wait to see the real culprits, keep reading!
These cattle rearers are employed like you employ your Hausa may guard, your Igbo houseboy, your Calabar cook or your Yoruba driver; same sort of job and the same sort of people. You can choose to employ similar house helpers from Ghana, Togo or any other African country.
Unfortunately, these owners of the cows are highly placed Northerners and businessmen. In the guise of remaining behind the scenes, they have an association of cattle rustlers, with their representatives holding forth for them. Those you see granting interviews revealing why they killed in retaliation are simply their proxies.
The owners of the cows are the big shots in this country: governors, army generals, traditional rulers, and top politicians, including those in the National Assembly trying to force through a grazing bill which would allow them to invade any state in Nigeria with their cows, destroying private lands of those communities simply to feed their cows.
There are equally businessmen all across Nigeria who are into this cow rustling business. It is not even the poor Fulani rearing these cows who are the real owners of this billion Naira business. It is just another form of business and happens to be Fulani who are specialists in crisscrossing the length and breadth of our country rearing these cows for their masters.
The herdsmen don’t even know their masters. The person they know is the middleman who says, “We have 1000 cows and we want you to rear for somebody. This is the mode of payment, or after five years take 10 percent, depending on the proceeds you have gotten, and another person will take over.” I wouldn’t want people to understand this problem as a “Fulani problem" alone but rather an elite problem.
Questions for the Buhari administration!
1. Who is arming herdsmen with AK-47 rifles?
2. Why is the president so reluctant to speak on the issue?  Who are rearing his cows?
3. Why hasn’t anyone been prosecuted over the killings?
4. Why do the people governing Nigeria seemingly care more about the lives of cows than the lives of human beings?
The shadowy owners of these cows are responsible and culpable for the massacre of Nigerians all across the country.
Foreigners from Mali, Senegal, Togo and other West African countries are brought into our country by the same masters who own these cows. They are armed to the teeth hence they are very brazen in their attacks. These attacks happen when either some of these devilish people want to massacre in retaliation for a particular grievance or simply want to kill Christians.
Whatever it is, those who keep mute, including the Presidency, are culpable in these attacks.
